GANCO Property Development and Investment Company was founded by Gregory Nauslar in 1999 after a 25-year career of real estate management and development, dealing primarily in commercial properties. Gregory’s career began with the renovation and resale of depressed properties and rental units.
As a licensed contractor, Gregory has built over half a million square feet of commercial property in Sacramento County, along with development in El Dorado County and the cities of Galt and Las Vegas.
GANCO also provides consultation, labor and financial aid to world wide causes. Each facility owned by GANCO sponsors a child through World Vision from a 3rd world country on a monthly basis. Gregory has gone with teams to Indonesia twice to help rebuild villages after the Tsunami of 2005. These projects included a school and a water system to a village that was 3/4 leveled by the disaster. He has also been involved with a team rebuilding houses in East Biloxi Mississippi after the Katrina disaster. GANCO properties has supported families throughout Sacramento after fires, floods and other disasters. Gregory has made a firm commitment to insure that his company is committed to humanitarian causes and aid relief.
GANCO currently oversees the ownership and operation of five self-storage facilities totaling over 3,500 units, a self-supporting office, and various rental and commercial properties. |

Managers: Positions for a self-starting couple to live on the premises and manage the day-to-day functions of the self-storage business. Benefits include salary, incentives, health insurance, 401K, two bedroom apartment, and paid utilities.
Associate Managers: Part- or Full- time positions for self-starting individuals to manage the day-to-day functions of the self-storage business. Schedules can accommodate from one day up to five days per week. Benefits include salary, health insurance, 401K and housing. | |
